Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) member Jane C. Shivnan, MScN, RN, AOCN®, has been named executive director of clinical quality and nursing at Johns Hopkins Medicine International (JHI), the international arm of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Shivnan has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including service as executive director of the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing and as the director of the Institute's Office of Global Nursing. In her new role, Shivnan will provide strategic oversight and leadership in JHI's clinical, consulting, and knowledge-transfer activities. She also will continue to serve the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing as executive director, which will create synergy to further leverage the expertise of Johns Hopkins nurses.
